The aim of the Outreach Project is to enable people with physical disabilities living in the Swansea area to achieve greater levels of independence within the communities in which they live.

Objective 1 funding has enabled us to develop these key areas which we targeted;


Promoting Social Inclusion and Equality of Access.
Accessing Further Education.
Leisure and Personal Development Training.
Advice on volunteering opportunities.
Links with employment advice, guidance and support.
Support with work placement programmes.
Personalised Information Technology training equipment.
