The I.T. training suite at Cwmbwrla Day Services comprises of two well equipped rooms that provide most if not all training needs for service users.

Training in I.T. begins at a level of zero knowledge and can lead to not only an interest in personal I.T. needs for example, email, internet, word processing and other basic home I.T. requirements, but can also provide the basis for ongoing further education.

We provide courses accredited by the Oxford and Cambridge and RSA examinations (OCR) for service users wishing to gain a qualification in the use of computers. e.g. New CLAIT which consists of 10 units, CLAIT Plus which has 9 units. Both qualifications result in a nationally recognised certificate.

The I.T. Department also provides non accredited training in Digital Photography, Photographic Enhancement and Advanced Web Page Creation using Macromedia software.

Facilities also exist for card and calendar making.
